Our expertise in installing lights for photosynthesis has allowed us to develop CSA-certified pre-fabricated power cables in our workshop. These cables are custom-designed according to your greenhouse layout and the number of lights on-site. Additionally, for existing greenhouses, you can easily run the pre-fabricated wires yourself. The only remaining step is the electrical connection in the panel, which must be done by an electrician, saving a significant amount of installation time on-site. A detailed installation guide is also included.
When it’s time to run the cable, an aluminum cable ladder system is essential to ensure proper installation! We can include a Grade 3 aluminum tray in your project, available in 6-meter sections. The tray comes with mounting brackets for the greenhouse’s posts and specially engineered joints to accommodate expansion due to temperature fluctuations.
Based on the size of your project, we design a custom control panel that will be installed on a wall or on a post within the greenhouse. The growth lamps are connected to it and are controlled via an external signal from a greenhouse computer, such as Priva, or through the selector inside the panel.
We offer a maintenance plan tailored to the customer to reduce costs and cut production losses.
